1. What are presets? Presets are a collection of pre-configured settings that can be applied to your photos to achieve a specific look or style. They are designed to save you time and effort in editing, allowing you to achieve professional-looking results with just one click.

2. How do I use presets? Using our presets is easy! After purchasing a preset pack, you will receive a download link. Simply download the files and follow the instructions provided in the installation guide. Once installed, you can apply the presets to your photos using photo editing software like Adobe Lightroom or other compatible applications.

3. Can I use the presets on my mobile device? Yes, our presets are compatible with both desktop and mobile versions of Adobe Lightroom. You can use them on your computer as well as on your mobile devices.

4. What is the difference between desktop and mobile presets? The desktop presets are designed for use with the desktop version of Adobe Lightroom, while the mobile presets are specifically optimized for the Lightroom mobile app. Both versions will give you the same stunning results, but they may have slight adjustments to cater to the different platforms.

5. Can I use the presets for commercial projects? Yes, you can use our presets for both personal and commercial projects. However, please note that the Standard License included with the purchase allows you to use the presets for editing your own photos or for projects on behalf of clients. Redistribution or reselling of the presets is strictly prohibited.

6. Can I share the presets with others? No, the presets are licensed for single-user use only. Each license allows installation on up to two devices owned by the same user. If others need to use the presets, they must purchase their own license.

7. Are there any refunds available? Due to the nature of digital products, we cannot issue refunds once the files have been accessed and downloaded. However, if there are any issues with your purchase or if you encounter any difficulties with the presets, please reach out to our customer support, and we will work with you to resolve the matter.

8. How long do I have access to the presets after purchase? Once you purchase our presets, you have unlimited access to the files. There is no time limit for using the presets, and you can continue to use them for as long as you like.

9. What happens if I lose my presets or need to reinstall them? If you lose your presets or need to reinstall them for any reason, you can simply download the files again from the link provided in your purchase confirmation email.

10. Can I modify the presets to suit my style? Yes, you can customize the presets to match your personal style and preferences. Presets are meant to be a starting point, and you can make adjustments to achieve the desired look for your photos.
